Welcome to Handyfy. We strive to provide high-quality home services through our multi-vendor platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed for both users and service providers.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Users

1.1 Cancellation by User

• Users may cancel a booking up to [X] hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

• If the service provider arrives at the location and the user refuses service, no refund will be provided.

• If a service provider cancels after accepting a booking, a penalty may be applied to their account.
• If a user raises a dispute due to unsatisfactory service, Handyfy will investigate, and refunds or deductions may be applied based on the findings.

3. General Refund Terms

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers must provide their account details for verification and processing.
• Refund policies may vary for different services; please check specific terms at the time of booking.
• Handyfy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
